Got my teeth cleaned today. Technician Kristen said I was doing a good job on keeping my teeth clean! Checked my dentures for fit due to gum marks. Will be checking with lab since they're not a year old. Got to meet new dentist with a snazzy Corvette, Dr Evans. Appt made in August for next cleaning. All is well.
I strongly advise against using this office. My mother recently went in for a tooth extraction, during which she repeatedly informed the dentist she was in extreme pain. Her concerns were completely dismissed both during the procedure and throughout the following week as she suffered from severe swelling and bruising. It has since been confirmed that her jaw was fractured during the extraction, and she now requires oral surgery. She is currently in extreme pain and having significant trouble eating and talking.
