I certainly can't say anything negative about the professional service rendered by ABK, as we all know how traumatic water damage can be. The communication and timely updates through Bill Wimbush (Project Supervisor),was excellent, contractors were on time and our home was restored like new. The staff was also very polite and obliging. I have no problem in recommending ABK for their attention to their clients, thank you.
Thank you all, especially Bill, for your advice and for restoring my condo quickly. I felt well supported all the way through this stressful experience.
Special thanks to Rocky for leading our insurance project and making things “right”. Please pay your bills ABK. I'm running a business not a charity. Ignored now by 4 people. This is why many contractors essentially double their price. You guys are single handidly ruining insurance jobs and pricing in the Okanagan. I guess being a division of Canstar says it all? Pathetic.
