Great experience, came out the same day I called and were incredibly polite. I had told them the wrong window type and they said it was no problem and returned the next day with the correct one to install. Would recommend highly to anyone in the south bay.
Great service. Came to my house quickly removed broke windshield. And installed a fresh window. Thank you
3 hours late to fix a window. Brought a window that didn't fit, spent another 3 hours messing with the motor that makes the window go up and down. I had to spend $600 on labor and parts at my dealership to fix this (new window glass and motor) and another day off work getting this repaired again. Completely unacceptable.
They give a 30 days warranty on their work, but when we tried to exercise it (the glass is letting air through) they never called back.
