Jordan has a very gruff exterior, a tough surface, but my experience was that he is extremely knowledgeable and had the resources and skill necessary to resolve issues which I found too complex and intimidating to handle internally. There is a pop-culture trope "I'm not here to make friends" suggesting that the focus is on winning, or getting the job done, which I think applies to working with Jordan. He's a competitive, knowledgeable, hard working person that I'd FAR rather have on my side than encounter as an enemy.
I had a terrible experience with this company. Jordan hired himself and started work without permission and most of all, without us approving his very expensive fees. We paid him because this is what decent people do. What he did was unethical and his work did not help us at all. Jordan just said sorry and that our case was not possible to be resolved.
