A developer who doesn't take pride of their project. Look at the condition of Clydevale project now.
Booked one Lot in Oct 2020…! was told by the management that the Land will title in June 2021 and by end of 2021 will get the ownership of the house.! its Oct 2021 and no sign of Land title.! when i spoke to the sales guy , was told that now the land will title in june 2022… what the hell? the reason behind it was due to covid and lockdown it affected the builder…! there are many land development builders near by area , who started selling land at the same time ….they are on track … Covid lockdown did not affected to them…! ... read more
