We went on a tour of the brewing operations on a recent trip to the area. Our guide Karen was all over the place and not easy to follow. She also made a few awkward comments and kept bringing our discomfort up throughout the tour. It seemed like they just picked a random bartender to give the tour rather than actually having someone specifically trained for the role.
Took the guided tour last year. Definitely do that. Bring in your own snacks or meal since they don't serve food to eat while you enjoy your choice of their famous, fabulous beers.
The service and food is great here, it’s a good size and the waiters & waitresses are very helpful and kind. I highly recommend the chicken and waffles with pecan praline syrup, I get it almost every time and have will continue to come back! They have half off brunch on Monday.
