Extremely horrible facility with a staff that doesn't know what they are doing. My grandmother from ******* stayed here for about a week and the facility made her feel weaker and more sicker than when she had originally came in. The staff was very unprofessional and the only time they seemed to care was when my mother and I would come in person to speak with the staff or call multiple times on the phone. My mother is currently at this facility and I have to say it's terrible. I DO NOT recommend this place to anyone. They can't keep track of medication they dispense: my mom was given meds by one nurse at 11:35 and at noon another nurse came in telling her it was time to take her meds. If my mom wasn't alert and oriented enough to know better she could have taken her narcotic pain meds twice in less than half an hour!
