Avoid this office. The pap procedure that was done on me was not done correctly, mind you also very uncomfortable and very rushed. A week later I am getting a call that I needed to come back for a procedure. Wasn't happy about that and they put me through so much worry. Then after the procedure I was told nothing was wrong and I had a false positive. Sounds like they were trying to make some extra $$$ rather than help.
Dr. Sih is wonderful. Great bedside manner, very knowledgeable, and actually listens.
This negative review is given to the nurse who has no empathy on patient situation. I have a heavy bleeding situation, and was referred to this office, my primary doctor told me I will be seen by the gyn at this location on the same day which is Friday , however the nurse refused to get me scheduled and said she can schedule me next Tuesday. Because I lose so much of blood, I was sent into ER Tuesday morning and have to get blood transfusion. Avoid this office at all cost.
Felt unwelcomed at all.
