This place is trash! Literally sat in a room for 53 minutes for my anppo today 2/23/24 and Dr.Martinez never came . No one did to tell me anything! It’s ridiculous and this is not the first time this happened either.

The reviews almost scared me off, but I'm so glad I went in! Every single person I interacted with from the front desk to the exam room was so kind, patient, and personable. I am someone who has serious medical anxiety and had avoided an OBGYN visit for years. There was absolutely no judgment from anyone that I hadn't been in a while, and everyone went the extra mile to do things to make me comfortable. I was also dumb and forgot my insurance card, and the receptionist worked SO hard to track it down for me! Amazing!
This location is unfortunately run down and needs major updating. There was a calendar from 2019 on the cabinet in one of the exam rooms. I could also overhear the entire exam in the room next to me. Very uncomfortable. The staff is friendly but avoid this location.
I also have only had good experiences at this office/with it's staff.
