Dr. Is great. Dr. Cook, more people would utilize your expertise if not for. Old grumpy lady should be Retired, the person who answers the phone needs to do exactly that RETIRED. A new patient should be allowed to ask questions during such a trying time.
My elderly mother was given an appointment that was three months out after she managed to get the courage to go see a Neurologist. The day before the appointment, she was contacted by her primary doctor to find out that Dr. Cook does not accept her insurance. When she contacted Doctor Cook's office, the person that answered was rude and told her they just don't accept the insurance and disconnected the call. Doctor Cook saw me on Monday April 4 for a routine follow-up of my MS. He reviewed the most recent MRI, and we discussed the results. He then provided me with a routine exam and discussed those findings. No real issues were found and a span of 12 moths was allotted for my next follow-up visit some time in 2023.
Dr. Cook is always kind, patient, and thorough. I genuinely appreciate the time and effort he puts into making sure that my concerns are addressed at the root of the cause - not just putting a band-aid on the issue.
