Called to reschedule my husband’s appointments 3 times all with in a couple days of the appointment. He had 3 strokes and is still in and out of the hospital with neurological issues to which we can’t get any answers we don’t want to or need to be rescheduled so many times!! Searching for a new place to go. Thank for nothing!
4 months ago my Neurologist ordered a sleep study for me to get done. Finally on Friday 9/6 I picked the machine up. I returned the machine Tuesday (1 day late) after not being able to complete the sleep study because I wasn’t able to actually sleep. The next day I received a letter stating they charged my credit card $90 because I did not complete the sleep study. This charge WAS NOT authorized. The waiver I signed states that my card would only be charged if the equipment WAS NOT returned (which it was) or it would be char... read more

Dr. Sivaraaman is great. Listens very well, takes his time with you, very thorough and personable. The office staff initially bungled my appointment and delayed my being able to see him--but once I got through to that first appointment, everything was very positive.
I have been waiting five weeks for this office to do a simple preauthorization for me I have gotten everything for them that they needed and yet it still taking forever. You would think that an office for a neurological problems would have it the staff that was capable of doing a pre-authorization. They specifically said to me this request is complicated. What about neurology isn't complicated. My doctor is great but the office is terrible
