Takes forever to get studies read by radiologist. Absolutely ridiculous.
Got an x-ray here. The tech was extremely rude, I don't know if she even did it right or cared to do it right. Apparently they won't event send my primary care physician the results of the x-ray for 7-10 business days. Which means that I could do serious long-term damage to an injury if it isn't treated in an appropriate amount of time. 7-10 days on a broken bone is huge amount of time to wait if it needs to be put in a cast or reset. They knew how long it takes, and failed to inform me
Been here multiple times in my life. Once in December of 2020, where it then took 3-4 months for them to send me a letter saying I should seek emergency medical attention, after I had already taken an ambulance ride for the same condition. Use this place as a last resort.
