Super frustrated with Jefferson. I do all my radiology here for years and always take care of any copays immediately after insurance is billed. For my last test, when I arrived, they told me I had to fully pay out of pocket "because insurance didn't cover this test". I asked them to bill insurance first and then send me the bill, but they refused.
