Just wanted to highlight Bridget (I'm not sure if I'm spelling her name correctly) from radiology. We had to take our 2 year old for a stat chest x ray and Bridget was kind, professional, and patient. We could not have asked for a better experience thanks to her. If I could give her a thousand stars I would.
Ignore the negative reviews. Went to Radiology Suite 3 for an MRI 09-15-2025. Great experience. Everyone was positive, nice, Intelligent, professional and helpful. Service was prompt, with little waiting around. Very happy to meet such a nice group of people who were sincerely interested in doing a good job.
Front desk woman kind of reminded me of the receptionist from Monsters, Inc (attitude and approachability wise), but the woman at registration and the MRI tech were very polite and friendly. The main reason for the low rating is for their finance department (there's a reason why finance departments aren't customer facing), because I had confirmed what my out of pocket cost would be with billing and the insurance company (and even received a letter from jefferson confirming the estimated cost). The people who work here are rude and stupid. I told the woman clearly what my name was and she pulls up some other random guy's information. Incompetent. They also overbook. I'll never come back here again.
