First the billing address states the address is 1200 Old York Rd, Abington, PA 19001 and that's where I visit my doctor so there is the first issue. The second is the administrators or the people who work the desk and answer the phone need to be educated on customer service and how to be polite and not blame all of their issues on being busy which is a lie because I called while in the office and got the same LIE - everyone there were simply chatting it up about their families while the phone just rang, so when I asked to sp... read more
I got charged for a yearly check up visit, which is covered by my insurance. Have been trying to reach the billing office for 3 months now, nobody is ever at their desk, the call goes straight to voicemail. This is ridiculous and utterly unprofessional, especially for a such a popular family practice.
