My wife has been a patient of this wonderful practice since 2013. Dr Weiss and his staff are second to none. First off, He’s a stickler and attention to detail. He doesn’t pull any punches , you’ll always know where you stand with your health and how to improve it . The front office is beyond spectacular, dealing with health insurance companies, trying to make sure she receives her pump supplies in a timely matter.. Dr Weis was wonderful. He was caring and got right to the point of what I needed to do. He even made a suggestion about who to see for another problem I had
After waiting 2 months for an appointment, sending all completed labs/scans and taking off from work, I was rudely told upon arrival that they do not accept my health insurance, which is a top insurance. After reading the other reviews on this office, I shouldn’t be too surprised with the lack of communication and curtesy. To say I’m frustrated is an understatement.
