A neighborhood where the association dues go to Horrible and almost on walkable “walking pathes” That will never get repaved. The ditches and grass around it never get cut like they’re supposed to. Pool is open some years to people who have paid their dues some years they make you pay on top of your dues. Dues just go up up up every year Yet the look of the neighborhood goes down down down
