I have placed several orders from them. I have spoken to them over the phone several times and they are knowledgeable and efficient. Good group of guys over there that are growing and want to provide the best quality parts at reasonable pricing with fair and timely shipping. Keep up the great work. Safety Fast!
They do not reply to inquiries regarding an order that was not delivered after multiple tries. Be careful.
I would like to give them five stars but they failed to correctly ship my order. I selected USPS (at a higher cost) but they used UPS instead, presumably because it is cheaper for them. I emailed them to make them aware of the issue but so far they have been unresponsive. Not impressed with their ability to follow a simple order request and then ignore the feedback.
