Fabulous doctors and service
1 star is too much for them. Arrogant Dr who talks over you and does not let you speak - they also put the phone down on me Repeat prescriptions repeatedly sent to the wrong place Prescriptions not sent within 48 hours despite this being their time frame Waited for callbacks to not receive them One of the receptionists is incredibly rude, the others genuinely don't seem to give a toss. We’ve been in all day waiting for a phone call from the doctor, they didn’t phone until 6.30pm and it wasn’t even the doctor who phoned it was the receptionist, I’m fuming
This once great run surgery is now a joke .. been trying to get some one to answer the phone .. I’m still number 2 in the queue after 20 minutes sorry not acceptable.. and it’s no stars from me
