Very bad experience today. I'm not a young person and needed help going through menopause. 6 months or so I started on a patch , that this office prescribed for me and it helped me so much. Today I needed a refill on it and the people "Drs" I saw today would not refill it bc my blood pressure is out of control. That is bull crap, my BP was 150/91, which it's always a little high at the Dr office and was the same 6 months ago. Because I would not agree to them throwing more pills at me they denied me the patch. Too much power... read more
Since they erased my last review, Dr Higginbotham is fantastic. However that train wreck at the front desk is the issue. I had to do her job for her to prove our insurance was active, but yet "she couldn't see it so I'm probably lying". Get rid of Helga the hateful and I would gladly come back!
They are all fantastic and I highly recommend them!
They will treat you like a #. They are rude, refuse to call patients back in a timely matter or at all, they will not share test results with patients, patients must call and hound them to get them, horrible, horrible if you need a referral to any specialist at all. They really could not care less about humans in this practice.
There is no better doctor on the planet than Dr. Bruce Higginbotham. We are blessed to have him practicing in our area.
