Sold me a 2012 F250 super duty. They never mentioned to me that it had a branded title and sold it to me anyway. I go to trade the truck just to find out that it had it on there. I have asked them to contact me to get this right before I bring a lawyer in this situation.
Sold me a 11 jeep that according to them only needed a sensor replaced on the evap system, about a 100 dollar fix they said. I ask what if I run into more problems with it, was told don't worry if it's really bad in the first 30 days the owner dose everything he can to fix it. Well after I took it to my mechanic and he ran a smoke test on the gas tank he told me the entire system needs replaced. They left a 0 off on their $100 fix quote.
