Great staff and experience. They deeply care about you as a person first and patient second. I had an outstanding experience with everyone at Texas Urology.
Horrible experience. Waited in the room for over an hour. Visit on Thursday and took until Monday to get meds. And the UTI was so much worse. Almost and to go to hospital. Office staff was rude when I called in looking for meds. Never will I return!
Had a UTI needed medicine this was on a Thursday which day I saw him called on Friday he was out of office didn't get medicine until Monday Go for another visit months later another UTI I can't get rid of them that's why I'm seeing him get home cvs no antibiotics called office 3 times left messages no call no medicine I'm done with this guy!
The worst doctor’s office staff I have ever dealt with. My referral was faxed from PCP 5 times on 5 different days. It took over a week, I was very upset, told them if they don’t want new patient they should tell me and not waste my time. They are unable to find my referral and keep denying that they haven’t received anything. I am at my wit’s end.
