I was the balloon artist hired for a client’s baby shower. My client paid for a rental of 5 letters spelling out their baby’s name. On the day of the baby shower, instead of bringing 5 letters the delivery guy shows up with the number 5. Apparently, they didn’t bother reading the order message but they made sure to charge my client full price.
