What a kind and caring staff! I just finished my rehabilitation at Ability. The convenience of having rehabilitation in close proximity to my doctor was a plus. The staff at Ability is professional, knowledgeable, and caring. I was able to have the same therapist, Nathan, throughout my time there. He was great, engaging, and answered my many questions. Corey is amazing!! He listens, asks questions, wants feedback, and wants to tackle the injury or problem. It has been a great experience and I’m so glad to be healing and getting proper assessments along the way
My experience with their OTs has been phenomenal! My experience with their new online/virtual check in system, placed in the lobby, has been extremely poor. The set-up is extremely loud within their lobby and announces your copay and other information. Their work around for not talking to a virtual agent is to have a card on file. However, this does not allow me to account for when my deductible has been met. Poor system. Bad execution.
