Mitch Holderness is outstanding as both a Physical Therapist and a people person. I had a total shoulder replacement and Mitch worked with me three times a week until I had my full range of motion restored and my strength was building back up. You will NOT be disappointed if you need PT and use Ability Rehabilitation- my Surgeon was very pleased with my results.

Ability Rehabilitation has exceeded all expectations. This location is great for all ages and even major athletes. My son has just been cleared from his knee surgery yet still wants to continue his therapy. The therapist, Mitch, has worked diligently to provide outstanding care to help my boy get back to the intense level of play he desires. They provide a family friendly atmosphere, which helps lessen the stress that comes with an injury.
Very clean facility. Mitch is a very knowledgeable physical therapist. Has helped my wife thru her problem with her knee. We highly recommend.
Mitch has helped me out so much. I'm proof you could be broken mentally and physically, yet I came back better than before. A year ago I was having problems with walking. I can now walk without a waddle and jog. Thank you
