First off let me say we (my husband, baby son, and I , have not been perfect patients). Actually, we missed one (1!) appointment, and rescheduled (in advance) a few others due to doctors conflicts and the ice storm in Atlanta. We received a threatening and rude voicemail from Christopher Birds on more than one occasion. However, we apologized, returned for multiple more visits and continued with my baby son's treatment.
