Very friendly service but very expensive. Our bills used to go directly to NDIS for this part of his plan and it wssnt till one was sent to me and I was gobsmacked as was the hospital and our new afo clinic could not believe the price.. we also went in for a repair which took 7 minutes and was charged the $193 or so..the new place we started going to include repairs in their price.

NDIS participants and paediatric patients - Be wary of this provider… Nice establishment, plenty of parking and reasonable service but undoubtably NDIS super over chargers with very shoddy workmanship… Our usual orthotics providers were unavailable for some time and we needed strap repairs to my son’s AFO’s rather quickly. Gina was helpful and organised for some strap repairs with a quote for another new pair.
