My husband and I both took Abilities Potentials when we were in our 30s! For him it shifted his career goals at work and helped him focus on things that made sense for his strengths and abilities. For me I leaned to find jobs that fit who I was designed to be and not just anything. I did discover that my college major was correct but I have been able to formulate more specific job rolls that fit who I am.
I've just received a letter from the folks at AbilityPotentials that floored me. One of the nicest things that's ever happened. The integrity and compassion of the people who work here is amazing. I wish that I had found this experience when I was 17. I highly recommend the test to anyone, but especially to teens. Align your ambitions with your abilities and aptitudes.
