Our family used Randy's (Ability) plumbing services for nearly 7 years. This year we decided to hire another plumber to meet our service expectations. This year Randy was hired to install a wall heater. The job was completed below a satisfactory level. Randy failed to properly install the heater per the instructions provided in the manual. I think that the previous comment calling Randy incompetent is ridiculous. In the same post they claim to have hired him for multiple jobs over a 7 year period, so if he was SO incompetent why continue to hire him? The truth is that the job required more work and materials and therefore the cost of the job was increased, when this family refused to pay the difference Randy went about his business.
