I had a great experience with Ability PT and Kyle Crooks PT, DPT, specifically. Kyle was engaging, thoughtful, attentive, positive, flexible, consistent and reliable. He had programmatic recommendations and answers for all my numerous questions about my primary problem as well as other issues that arose during the therapy process or in parallel. I like the way their receptionist is so professional when I’ve gone in and called into the office. And my therapist is so thorough which makes me so confident going back as long as she says. 🥰
