Flexible and friendly
This place is fantastic. My son is doing speech therapy and with only a few sessions we're seeing improvement. I also love that they're having patients wait in their cars instead of in the building and taking temperature checks at the door.
I’ve literally been unable to get my kid in sessions since his first appt got canceled in 11/2018. After months of calling to try to get another scheduled he was seen once 03/2019 and nothing since. The number I was given to call no one ever answers and if they do I get told I’ll receive a call back. My child’s OT is at the same building so I didn’t want to find another place for speech but looks like I have no choice.
This is the 2nd therapy place I've worked with here on Anchorage. I wasn't happy with the results at the first place so a friend recommended Ability Group. I have been thrilled with the decision to change and the result in just a few months with my child were amazing. I've dealt with 4 different therapist here for various reasons and my experience has been that they are not only very knowledgeable but also very caring with the children.
