This is a shout out for the attentive care I receive each visit from the Downingtown/Exton location. Sue is always a pleasure on the phone or the moment you walk in the door. Welcome Todd and thank you for putting a new top on my orthotics. He goes the extra mile asking questions to better understand you as a patient. Go team!
My wife and I were very impressed with the Exton office. Todd McCoy did my wife's heel brace and was very knowledgeable and took his time explaining everything, no rush. In addition, the office did an unbelievable job in going back and forth with the Dr to get her brace covered by insurance. They were relentless and we appreciated their hard work on our behalf.
The staff was very professional and helpful. Todd took the time to explain the brace j was being fitted for. I felt very confident when I left the office.
Five star treatment with Todd McCoy! Highly recommend. Easy to get appointments to fit your schedule, insurance claims processed smoothly. Excellently fitted for an offloading knee brace while dealing with meniscus damage & surgery. Hands down will go back if I ever need to. Special mention to Susan for excellent front desk service!
Our son had brachycephaly and needed a helmet. We went to Ability Ottobock for 4 months of treatment and worked with Todd. We had the best experience, he was very informative, kind and a joy to work with. He really eased our worries throughout the whole time. Sue at the front desk was very sweet and worked diligently to process all the insurance information upfront for smooth sailing.
