Amira is amazing! After 20+ years of not using a prosthesis, I decided to give it a go. She asked really insightful questions up-front and promised in my first appointment that she’d work tirelessly to find the best solutions for my high ak amputation. She’s gone above and beyond and has more than kept that promise. She even arranged for appeals when my insurance company denied a microprocessor knee, and we won! It’s a 4 hour round trip for each visit, and it’s totally worth it.
Needed AFO for declining right leg and went to Ability on Dr. recommendation. Found the staff friendly and professional and interested in listening to what I felt I wanted and needed. Tried several different styles on their recommendation and found what I was most comfortable with. Office was clean, bright and comfortable. AFO delivered and fitted on time. A good "medical" experience.
