Great company, great people.
Was referred to Ability Network because our statement vendor retired. We were told 45 days to start up and go live. The customer service is horrible. Days without any response to multiple emails week after week. We are more than 60 days past out promised start up date and we still cannot send out all statements to our clients. Stay away from this vendor. All promise no follow through.
Would not recommend this company. Poor customer service, all around bad experience doing business with Ability.
Not terribly happy with their customer service. Been a user of their scheduling program for years. Was talked into subscribing to their Attendance tracking module which was a disaster. Tried to cancel and was told would have to pay for complete year even though we couldn't use service. Will now be looking to switch to another company for scheduling, so they're going to lose us for 2 services instead of being able to keep one due to poor customer service skills.
