This company took 5 months to process paperwork and get my brothers custom wheelchair to him. Then the salesman drops off the chair almost two weeks after the chair is ready and spends all of 45 minutes to help him learn how to use all the options. I would NEVER recommend anyone use this company for any medical needs
Had to move my mother into my house when she got sick. Ability helped set her up with all state of the art equipment that was promptly delivered to my home that made her very comfortable. Thanks ability, you were GREAT!!!
