Ability just cancelled my massage the day of for the second time in a row. The first time was on my birthday! I understand emergencies happen but twice is just unacceptable. Looking so forward to a massage only for it to be cancelled a few hours before your appointment is very disappointing.

This place was amazing!!! Very relaxing environment!! The staff is wonderful!! While I was filling out paperwork before my first massage I got a heat pad for my neck which smelled of lavender,first time ever for me to get that before my massage! Very cool! I wanted deep tissue and Ginger gave me DEEP TISSUE! ❤ She is an amazing massage therapist!!!! This is the best facial that I've ever had. The atmosphere was very relaxing and quiet. Ask for Ms. Alisha Gray. She's the best esthetician that I've encountered so far!
The staff were absolutely amazing. From start to finish, everyone was taking care of me from the moment I walked in and I’m planning my next visit in two months!!
