I am so glad I found Ability Glass. We got some quotes for a shower enclosure but liked Mike and his pricing the best. One company could not be bothered to come to the house to quote which I thought was very strange. The installation was meticulous, efficient and I had no issues with scheduling either appointment. Call them!
We needed a custom shower surround and i contacted 3 different local companies. Im glad i went with ability glass they did an amazing job. Communication throughout the process was great and installation was done on schedule. The installers were very meticulous during installation, respectful, and explained any questions i had throughout the process. The final product looks much better than we had initially hoped! if you are looking for a custom shower surround, I highly recommend ability glass
I needed to replace a window. I called Ability Glass. They came to the house to give me an estimate. They gave me an estimate then they put me on the calendar to have the work completed. As the day neared, Ability Glass called me to inform me that they could not do it that day - the weather - and we reschedule for 3 weeks later. First off I never have done a bad review in my life. I don't do that to people, especially small businesses. I talked to office confirmed my appointment, and took a day off work. I get a call an hour before arrival at 8 am. Mike says not our door, I will nor be coming. I told him calmly I took the day of work, he just hung up. I think called him back and gave him a piece of my mind. I booked this appointment 2 weeks ago and confirmed 3 days prior. I'm a estimator myself, and understand, but Mike is just not a good dude.
