I got a set of Orthotics with them September of 2023, This was one of the best decisions I've made for my back and foot health. Dr. Moan is incredibly knowledgeable in his field, teaching why and how your pain can happen. He worked through my problem in one visit and even offered to create my custom insoles the SAME DAY. I was in and out with new comfortable insoles in less then 3 hours. I couldn't recommend them more, with such care and grace for their trade it's hard not to.
I found Jim to be very helpful and honest during our discussions about orthotics for me. The pair he made totally fixed my foot problem within 2 days and that was 2 yrs ago. I highly recommend using his services.
I've been dealing with prosthetic shops and prosthetists for over 30 years now and Jim Moan is as good as they come. He puts the patient first. I feel he spares no effort to try and understand my issues as they arise and implement the best solution possible. I never feel rushed out the door like I'm just another number. Really likeable personality as well.
Jim took the time to understand my lifestyle and how orthotics will ensure pain free activity. The entire process was efficient and I walked out with the orthotics after about an hour. I highly recommend Jim and his clinic for orthotics. In my opinion, you get what you pay for. Ability for Life is worth every penny for pain free walking. Jim provided additional adjustments to make the orthotics perfect.
Jim Moan has worked magic for me for many years. I am so thankful for his understanding and his amazing abilities. Jim really has given me back my ability for life.
