The Ability Fit team of coaches and instructors are a supportive, encouraging group who make every one feel welcome and they adapt their program and leadership style to meet the needs of the attendees. I highly recommend
We were so happy to find Niki and her team at Ability Fit, our daughter loves the inclusive classes so much she now goes twice per week! Ability Fit has helped her so much with becoming stronger and more confidant plus helped with building new friendships.
