We were so happy to find Niki and her team at Ability Fit, our daughter loves the inclusive classes so much she now goes twice per week! Ability Fit has helped her so much with becoming stronger and more confidant plus helped with building new friendships.
Nikki and her crew provide a fantastic environment for physical development, team work, socialisation and general well-being. My son has been going since 2023 and I have seen the benefits.
Our son being working with Nikki & her amazing team at Ability Fit since 2023. He loves the school holiday programs & his 2 weekly sessions. His fitness levels , social skills & confidence has increased noticeably. Highly recommend.
My 10 year old who is AuDHD started going once a week but absolutely loved it so now goes twice a week. Niki and the team are fabulous, each session has a coach plus a peer. They make fitness fun, I can highly recommend it for any child who has additional needs
