Great gym! Niki and her team are fabulous. Our 2 youngest boys have built a lot of skills, confidence and independence at Ability Fit as well as a genuine interest in training, strength and fitness.
My son has wanted me to see him do his afternoon program with Nicki and her team for some time. He is so proud of what he does here. He tries hard and the staff are organised, attentive and encouraging. It's done wonders for his self-esteem in the short time he's been going. Thank you.
