My name is Ralph Barbero owner of "OpenDoor Transit" I needed some photo's showing #2 wheelchair vans in my Chrysler Voyager that I purchased from Sacramento United Access. I called over 20 time to Sacramento and they never returned my calls that day or since. Laura in Santa Rosa United Access offered to help me out. She was not only helpful but kind and friendly. United Access in Santa Rosa has been very accommodating to our needs and they always complete repairs quickly and completely.
I had a back injury and needed a wheelchair accessible van to be able to get out of the hospital and return home. United Access provided me with a well equipped van with an electric ramp for the wheelchair. Everything about the rental process, including a term extension, was smooth and easy and the van was in top shape. Thank you Laura and team
