We bought our van here for our new care-home and service and sales was great. We wanted a Toyota because I run a Toyota Service Department we love our Toyota van and we brought it back for a free service and the advisor that helped us was great also. Update: 7/24/25 We had a problem with our lift gate. Came down from eureka for a late afternoon appointment and the service advisor gave me a ride to the golf course after I checked in. I had to rent a wheelchair van for my brother's funeral, so I could attend. Laura was so helpful during the process and it was so easy and affordable to rent a beautiful van from them. The van was so clean and fulfilled every one of my needs. I am now in the process of purchasing a van from them. They make you feel like part of the family when dealing with United Access.
This was my first time renting a van. Val has become physically disabled, wheelchair bound, and memory impaired. Our grandson was here from Texas and we decided to try and have an outing last weekend. I couldn't have gone better from the rental process and obtaining the needed insurance to the trips themselves. Val was happy and brighter than she has been for a while. We will do this again soon.
