My entire van purchase experience was so good that I had to write this review. Please read on :-) I have grown so accustomed to “forever on-hold” customer “service” phone lines, pushy salespeople who often don’t know the product that they are selling, A.I. bots that take you further from solving your problem instead of closer. I just love these folks. They are fantastic. These guys did a tricky installation of my AbiLifter device, which lifts my 160 pound (72 Kilo) personal mobility device. The level of craftsmanship and care these guys had was outstanding. My AbiLifter has made my Omeo vastly more convenient for me to use. I can go anywhere now by myself and get around. After driving from Houston to Seattle, we developed a problem with rear non-ramp door. With advice from the Houston store, we contacted Alex in the Redmond store. A family emergency forced us to fly home leaving the car in Redmond. The store manager, Alex, was fantastic overseeing the repair of the van and arranging transport of the van back to Houston.
