Alex and his brother, friendly, helpful and patient. I told them what I was looking for. A couple day later contacted me with an offer. Al & Alex, they were the best guys to ever deal with. They help so much. Me being a widow, and handicapped. They were so kind and respectful. Not only did they help me out from start to finish. For my collision too buying my new car. If it wasn't for those two I would be stranded. And Mike can't forgive him either. They not only help me they delivered my car to me. Very happy with the almost new Toyota Sienna with Vantage side ramp that I picked up. Alex and Al are great and they were busy when I walked in so Mike the Service Manager showed me around the inventory and explained everything very well. This was one of those transactions where I did more research after the fact, and everything shows me I got precisely what I needed and I was treated fairly. I called for a price on an electric mobility scooter lift with installation. The email quote was so absurd it was laughable. 1. They want to charge me additional $436 + $165hr labor for the adapter that COMES WITH THE UNIT IN THE BOX per the manufacturer and other dealers. 1hr labor to slide the adapter into the receiver hitch and bolt it?
