I've always received excellent service at Sacramento United Access. I bought 4 vans over the years from them, most recently a new van in 2021 - Toyota Sienna with an in-floor ramp. Recently the ramp was giving me trouble, I stopped by the shop early right around opening time. They were able to get me in and get it fixed. Thank you for taking care of your customers. As a single woman who uses a wheelchair, this kind of service means the world to me.
First time here and it was a great experience. Geneva was great to work with and the service person (didn't catch his name) went the extra mile and took care of a couple of issues that needed attention. He also let me know my back up battery needed replacing, which I will have United Access do. All in all, I highly recommend United Access for maintenance of your mobility vehicles. A huge thank you for the service.
