His expertise helped us get the right information to allow our family to make the right decisions regarding total freedom and mobility for our son.
The customer service is extremely good and Kevin was a great person to meet and I am looking forward to receiving my two Van's
Why design a product to fail? And then sell it to people? And then not stand behind the product you sell? And still no backup battery system for when the battery dies? And only a 30 day warranty on the last repair? I don't live in an ivory tower where I can afford to buy a new van every 3 years. I'm sorry about that. But if I could go back and get up and walk away from that table before my Dad made me sign those papers to buy that van, I would. And you know it.
