Excellent experience. I really liked how the program included interaction with multiple physical therapists during my 8 weeks of appointments. All were knowledgeable and wonderful to work with.
I heard about Ability Allies from our Stratham Rec Dept. I have been experiencing persistent neck pain and after 3 weeks of appointments and consistently doing the prescribed exercises at home, I am starting to feel less pain and an improvement in the rotation of my head and neck. Making an appointment and follow up communication has been easy.

I can't say enough positive things about Ability Allies. From the minute I open the door, I receive the warmest greetings from either Rachel or Lisa depending on the time I am there. The office is always beautifully decorated for the seasons by Rachel's artistic hands and it truly feels warm and welcoming the moment you walk inside.
