As a professional athlete, I’ve been going to Ability Allies since they opened in 2022! Natalie, the owner, started treating me in 2022. She was a former D1 field hockey player, which admittedly was a huge draw as a former D1 collegiate runner. Excellent experience. I really liked how the program included interaction with multiple physical therapists during my 8 weeks of appointments. All were knowledgeable and wonderful to work with.
I heard about Ability Allies from our Stratham Rec Dept. I have been experiencing persistent neck pain and after 3 weeks of appointments and consistently doing the prescribed exercises at home, I am starting to feel less pain and an improvement in the rotation of my head and neck. Making an appointment and follow up communication has been easy.
