Cannot recommend Ability Allies enough! My PT journey started with several other offices that did not give the results I wanted, unfortunately. My unique and temperamental case requires individual attention and creativity, which I have received every step of the way. Ability Allies provides excellent practitioners with a clear passion for patient health. I am a current patient and plan to continue my successful journey!
I've been to Ability Allies several times, by request when my Dr has prescribed PT. Each time I have had friendly and knowledgeable people work with me. What I really appreciate is at Ability, the therapist doesn't give you some exercises to do then walk away and chat in the corner with a co-worker or drink a coffee. They stay with you the whole time.. that feels like professional care. Thanks Ability!
Great service, but like many healthcare providers, billing is a nightmare. I have been trying to get an erroneous charge reversed for four months now! Very fristrating!
