Be prepared to wait, wait, and wait. I've waited 4 hours for an appointment, and still didn't get seen that day. Rescheduled for the next day, waited another 2 hours for a 10 minute appointment. My pet peeves was that the staff doesn't update waiting patients of any delays, or apologies. My time is just as valuable.
