The administrative aspects of Hendrick Internal Medicine and Hendrick Medical Center in general are dragging down a good clinician, Dr Edwards, and the medical experience at any Hendrick Medical Center facility. My mother just ran out of a necessary medicine because she followed procedure and called her pharmacy for a renewal. The pharmacy called the Dr's office 2 times in a 10 day period and had not heard back from the clinic by Friday afternoon. Too late to reach the doctor's office, she had to go to Urgent Care.
