I went up on Monday the 16th of June through the 21st on East South 11th Street office and they were closed every day so I wish they would have let people know that they were not open before me driving all the way up here other than I give them a five-star rating they have always been very helpful and resolved the problems that I'm having with paperwork
Calling for voucher for over a year now turned in all my paperwork 2023 no response no emails no voucher, I did everything I was suppose to do on my end!!!! I finally am able to get a hold of someone in regards to my application in 01/03/2025 and their response to me is we no longer have any funding. Wow!!! This is unbelievable. I can’t express enough how disappointed I am. I am lost for words and they really didn’t care.
