This place is unprofessional and are difficult to deal with. They have ignored our calls. I went by and it looks like it's permanently closed. There are several items that were either not fixed right or not reinstalled correctly. After repeated calls with no answer we are very frustrated with them. State Farm paid thousands of dollars to have all this work done and now we are left holding the bag.

Luis has been the one helping me through this process thus far. Really easy, smooth and seamless process. I dropped off my car yesterday so it hasn’t been complete yet but so far so good. I will come back and update when the car is finished but for now, I want to say that Luis is very professional, very accommodating and very knowledgeable about the hail and insurance business which I think has been helpful to me and also helpful to this process. Luis & Rustam knocked on my door about 3 weeks ago. They introduced me to their new company. I want to say everything sounded too good to be true, especially since they didn't have any reviews. I already had an appointment with Gerber for repairs in May for my 2021 Ram. Luis assured me the whole process with them takes only 2-4 weeks, depending on how long my insurance takes to approve any supplements.
