Poor communication. Had issues with our Somfy blinds and took forever to come back out. Ordered one extra and Jon ghosted us for months. No response from calls or texts.
We love our Abilene Blinds! Jon worked for months beyond the sale to make sure we were happy with our blinds and the job was done right. They look beautiful and function perfectly!
