I really like Dr Vautrain. I’ve been her pt since 2022. She takes time with you. I never feel rushed. She listens to your needs, and is ok with you saying you don’t want to do something she suggests. I also like her staff everyone is very warm and friendly there. Only down side is she is extremely popular and is booked solid all the time. But if she is ever taking new pt you should definitely see if you can get in her schedule.
I like her ver much but she has medication assistant who is horrible and very unprofessional named Chen.
For the second time I’ve had a physical exam scheduled and when got to the office was told Dr wasn’t in. They said they tried calling, but amazing I had no message from them, no e-mail, & no indication I shouldn’t keep the appointment. Irresponsible at least!
