All of the nurses are very kind and helpful, and the interpreter services are excellent. They make it much easier for patients whose first language is not English to receive care comfortably. MyChart is also very convenient. I can easily communicate with my care team through messages and quickly check my test results and my doctor’s feedback. I’ve had a great experience with Corewell Health so far!
While I don’t love getting an annual check up every year, I do love that I’m getting seen by Abigail. She asks me questions and cares about my well-being. I feel heard and she follows up with anything I need, whether that in-person appointment or over an app message.
